By accessing or using any services provided by ChatWith Technologies LLC ("ChatWith," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our AI-powered intelligence platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

ChatWith provides AI-powered platforms that make public government and financial data accessible through conversational interfaces. Our services include data visualization, search functionality, AI-powered analysis, and API access.

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt our services, scrape or harvest data in violation of our policies, resell or redistribute our services without authorization, or use our services to harm, harass, or defraud others.

Our platforms aggregate data from official government sources and public regulatory databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data. Data may be delayed or contain errors from source systems. AI-generated summaries and analysis should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Our platforms, including software, design, text, graphics, and other content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content, use our trademarks without written permission, reverse engineer our software, or create derivative works based on our services. Public government data accessed through our platforms remains in the public domain.

For paid services: prices are as displayed at time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, refunds are provided at our discretion, and we reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

If you access our services via API: you must comply with rate limits and usage quotas, API keys are confidential and non-transferable, we may suspend access for abuse or excessive usage, and attribution may be required for certain use cases.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATWITH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
